What is your shipping policy?

If you are not totally satisfied with your loveamika.ca purchase, we’ll happily accept returns within 30 days of receipt. 

Returns within Canada are free and easy! please reach out to customer support: info@loveamika.ca for info on how to complete a return. once we review and approve your return, we will refund the credit card used for the initial purchase. 

Please be patient; seeing a credit on your account can take several business days. Sadly, we cannot accept any returns and will not refund any items not purchased directly from loveamika.ca.

How can I submit a warranty claim?

Hi there! It looks like your order hasn't been fulfilled by our distribution center just yet.
